Responsibilities

• Drive sales budgets and maintain exceptional customer service.
• Merchandise and maintain store presentation per guidelines.
• Use P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC reports to optimize inventory and pricing.
• Schedule to ensure peak periods have adequate coverage.
• Train, develop and supervise store associates.
• Handle HR, payroll, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure loss prevention and safety policies are followed.
