Job summary

Bedrosians Tile and Stone is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist all customer segments, provide product information, process orders and PO receiving, and quote freight. You will serve as the liaison between Bedrosians and customers with a proactive, detail-focused approach.

The role requires excellent email/phone skills, strong English communication, and a flexible schedule. Prior customer service experience is a plus; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Excellent email and computer skills.

• Flexible work schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with selections and follow-through on their orders.
• Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up procedures.
• Answer phone inquiries including over the phone orders.
• Assist with stock checks, pricing, freight quotes and processing orders.
• Process PO's and receivings for product lines.
• Develop basic understanding of design and color.
• Resolve customer service issues.
• Multitask and prioritize work through time management.
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace.
• Work within the company's policies and directives.
