Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field/experience.
• 2+ years’ experience with social media marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of the TikTok space.
• Understanding of electronic music, festival culture, and live music space.
• Ability to film quality iPhone content + edit iPhone videos.
• Organized self-starter with meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Instagram Stories, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and other live streaming apps.
• Experience in social media management/monitoring tools such as HootSuite, TweetDeck and Sprinklr.
• Proficient in grammar, copywriting and asset selection.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of Capcut and other content creation apps.
• Experience working on-site at concerts, music festivals, or other large-scale events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with social media and marketing leads to create and organize compelling short-form content across multiple brands simultaneously.
• Create daily TikTok content that speaks to our audience using Canva and content creation apps.
• Stay on top of TikTok trends, acting as the marketing team’s TikTok expert.
• Pitch and organize TikTok shoots for our brands.
• Collaborate with Records & Media to create our own trending sounds.
• Create Reels strategies to cross post TikTok content.
• Write creatively yet collaboratively with captions, text on screen, and asset selection.
• Create detailed spreadsheets and proposals for TikTok social calendars across events.
• Film and edit TikToks on-site at events and organize shoots in the office.
• Occasionally travel to out-of-state festivals to capture on-site content.
• Appear on screen in TikTok content to support storytelling and engagement.
• Partner with Headliner Experience to monitor and address customer service inquiries.
• Create social reports and summaries recapping on-sales, events, and major announcements.
• Support social and marketing teams with on-site duties at events and festivals.
• All other tasks as assigned by the TikTok team.
