Must be skilled in Tiktok Shop

Our client, a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP), is seeking a TikTok Shop Growth Strategist to join our team. The role involves managing high-profile TikTok Shop accounts, focusing on growth and revenue increase through product optimization, affiliate engagement, recruitment, and marketing campaigns. You will report to the Director of Account Strategy.

Candidates must be skilled in Affiliate Marketing and TikTok Shop.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary contact for key TikTok Shop accounts, leading growth strategies.
  2. Manage all aspects of Seller Center and affiliate portal oversight.
  3. Oversee onboarding of brands, setup, account health, and affiliate outreach.
  4. Develop reports on affiliate performance, advertising, and organic growth.
  5. Create and manage marketing calendars, suggest campaign opportunities.
  6. Ensure timely project execution within ClickUp, meeting deadlines.
  7. Collaborate with the Director to identify new partnerships and opportunities.
  8. Lead bi-weekly client meetings, prepare performance presentations.
  9. Perform margin analysis to assess profitability.
  10. Build and manage CRM relationships with in-house affiliates.
  11. Monitor TikTok Shop trends and top affiliates to inform strategy.
Qualifications:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in account management, digital or influencer marketing.
  2. Proven client-facing experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Walmart.com.
  5. Strong understanding of creator marketing and UGC.
  6. Experience managing relationships with creators and affiliates.
  7. Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello.
