Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Social Commerce Manager to own a book of business on TikTok Shop, partnering with Pattern Creators to maximize influencer marketing and revenue for brand partners across our ecommerce acceleration platform. This hybrid role offers Lehi, UT or Los Angeles opportunities and a focus on data-driven growth.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in ecommerce account management, strong data analysis, and excellent communication, with experience on TikTok Shop and other marketplaces.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in account management, with e-commerce or marketplace experience.
• Understanding of TikTok Shop features and performance optimization.
• Experience with other marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay) also welcomed.
• Strong data analysis to drive strategy and client outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver timely, high-quality results.
• Team-oriented with proactive problem-solving and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with multiple brand partners and understand their challenges.
• Develop data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations aligned with goals.
• Deliver top-tier strategic and client service to hit KPIs.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and present solutions.
• Monitor trends in social commerce and optimize listings and campaigns.
• Collaborate on tailored TikTok Shop strategies and prepare regular performance reports.
