The Design Foundation Team aims to build a scalable platform framework and design system assets to improve user experience and support B2B platforms. As a Design System Designer, your role will focus on enhancing B2B product experiences and developing a comprehensive design system.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing B2B product user experience and identifying improvement opportunities through user feedback, research, and industry trends.
• Creating detailed design systems covering visual styles, UI components, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers to define and document standards and best practices.
• Maintaining a centralized library for design assets to facilitate access, sharing, and version control.
• Conducting audits to ensure assets adhere to standards and guidelines.
• Promoting the adoption of design components within teams for consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years in business-facing product design, with proven experience in B2B design systems. Strong product thinking, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite are required.
