Jobgether is seeking a Head of TikTok Shop to spearhead social commerce strategies for major brands in the DACH region. This fully remote role reports to the founders and focuses on scaling TikTok Shop operations, driving commercial performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and content assets.

You will collaborate with founders, identify growth opportunities, and shape strategic priorities to accelerate revenue and brand strength in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing, or social commerce with growth focus.
• Solid understanding of TikTok trends and creator ecosystems.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate data into actions.
• Strong business judgment to develop and refine strategies for measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building, especially with founders and stakeholders.
• Proactive, ambitious, and capable of driving growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of TikTok Shop operations and lead strategic development for major brands across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).
• Identify and implement opportunities to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and strengthen brand performance on TikTok Shop.
• Collaborate with founders to define priorities, align commercial objectives, and drive growth initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze results to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Assess creative assets and formats to boost engagement and commercial impact.
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends and social commerce developments for a competitive edge.
• Develop scalable processes and test new approaches to support sustainable growth.
• Apply insights from training to strengthen content performance and campaign results.
