Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a TikTok Shop Creator Manager based in the United States. You will own creator-led growth campaigns for leading DTC brands, developing concepts and scripts that drive high-performing social content.

This fully remote role offers autonomy and close collaboration with founders. You will coordinate creator processes across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, monitor KPIs, and optimize content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative strategy, ideally within an agency or brand environment.
• The ability to identify TikTok trends and high-performing content.
• Ability to develop compelling creative concepts, scripts, and content strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data for creative output.
