Flywheel is seeking a TikTok Shop Specialist (Affiliate & Ads) to drive affiliate collaborations and paid media support for clients. You will recruit creators, coordinate campaigns, coach partners, and produce regular performance reports across multiple programs.

Ideal candidates are ecommerce-savvy, analytic, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. PST hours with Seattle base and some evenings; in-office policy applies.

Qualificações

• Experience in ecommerce or social commerce with knowledge of retail platforms.
• Ability to take initiative and own projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data skills and ability to translate insights into recommendations.
• Detail-oriented with focus on optimizing listings and campaigns.
• Collaborative with clients, creators, affiliates and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage affiliates and creators, identify alignment with brand goals.
• Coordinate campaigns, share briefs, manage samples and provide guidelines.
• Respond to creator inquiries and coach for campaign success.
• Track creator performance, sample status and milestones.
• Assist in building paid TikTok Shop ad campaigns and monitor spend.
• Support daily/weekly reporting with key metrics for clients.
• Provide regular client-facing reporting and insights.
• Analyze sales trends and campaign performance for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on strategy.
