Job summary

TAAC Group is seeking a TikTok Live Commerce Manager who leads a live selling team while actively selling on camera. You will drive revenue through engaging product demonstrations on TikTok Live and other platforms, and grow the live commerce operation across the U.S. and Canada.

You will balance hands-on selling with strategic leadership to scale performance and audience reach. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in live selling, strong on-camera presence, and experience

Qualifications

Proven live commerce host experience on TikTok Live or similar platforms.
On-camera presence with ability to drive real-time purchases.
Experience recruiting, onboarding, and leading a hosts/creators team.
Track record of meeting or exceeding GMV-based sales targets.

Responsibilities

Personally host the majority of scheduled live sessions across TikTok Live and other live platforms.
Drive direct revenue through on-camera presentation, audience engagement, and real-time conversion tactics.
Develop scripts, product talk tracks, and engagement playbooks for the team.
Monitor host KPIs including watch time, conversion rate, AOV, and viewer growth.
Coordinate with marketing and creative teams on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and platform promotions.
