The Geeky Greens in Los Angeles is seeking a Livestream Co-Host Producer to run the backstage operations of our high-energy TikTok Live shopping shows. You will manage the live chat, pin products, trigger deals, and coordinate with the Host to keep the show engaging and converting.

No prior live commerce experience is required—we train the right people. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, evening and weekend shows, competitive $30–$40/hour pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within

• No prior experience required in live streaming, eCommerce, gaming streams, or event production, we train the right people
• Tech-savvy; able to pass technical skill assessment (Excel)

Responsabilités

• Launch flash sales, coupons, and limited-time deals
• Trigger sound effects and engagement tools
• Monitor live performance and adjust pacing mid-show
• Send cues and reminders to the Host during the stream
• Partner 1-on-1 with a Live Stream Host for every show
• Handle all technical and operational tools so the Host stays on camera
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Brand Guardians to align with brand goals
• Perform in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment

• $30–$40/hr with monthly and quarterly performance bonuses

We're an award-winning TikTok Live shopping agency and studio producing high-production, high-conversion live shopping shows for top consumer brands. As our brand partners expand their live schedules and new brands come on board, we're opening a limited number of Co-Host Producer roles to power the shows behind the scenes.

We operate brands' TikTok Live channels end to end, from storefront strategy to live execution, and our Co-Host Producers are at the core of that system. Once trained, you are our lives' Co-Host Producers and become a trusted part of our live production team, running the tools and the room while the Host stays on camera in front of thousands of live viewers. These are professional, sales-driven, high-production shows where focus, timing, and judgment directly impact performance.

THE ROLE

As a Livestream Co-Host Producer, you run the operational side of every live shopping show. You'll manage the live chat, pinned products, flash deals, sound effects, digital camera, and backend tools in real time, while working closely with an on-camera Host who leads the show.

You're the official behind-the-scenes Co-Host. You'll be mic'd and will engage with the audience off camera and through the comments, keeping the energy high and the room moving. Your focus, timing, and quick judgment are what keep the show running and converting. This role is ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and quick on their feet. You don't need prior live commerce experience, we train you, but you do need focus, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
