We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Creator Manager to join our team and support the growth of our creator partnerships and brand collaborations.

Position Overview:

The Creator Manager will play a pivotal role in assisting with the outreach, coordination, and management of relationships between Outlandish, content creators, and partnering brands. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of influencer marketing, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring the success of creator partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creator Outreach & Relationship Building: Reach out to content creators to establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships on behalf of Outlandish. Act as the main point of contact for creators and maintain positive, ongoing communication.
• Brand Deal Coordination: Coordinate with brands to secure brand deals and partnerships, overseeing the entire process from initial negotiation through to completion. Assist with the execution of live-stream product demonstrations and help creators educate their audiences on the products.
• Creator Collaboration & Communication: Ensure effective communication between creators and Outlandish. Act as a liaison to ensure both parties are aligned on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables, fostering smooth collaboration and positive experiences for all involved.
• Affiliate Campaign Management: Monitor and ensure creators’ compliance with affiliate campaign guidelines, helping facilitate their use of affiliate campaign links and tracking their performance. Provide support and guidance to ensure creators follow campaign instructions and maximize success.
• Training & Support: Manage and provide training to creators on how to generate content for their own accounts effectively, from product integrations to content strategies. Empower creators to become self-sufficient while maintaining high-quality content standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Bilingual Requirement: Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing and campaign management tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and creator content strategies.
• Experience in live-streaming or product demonstration is a plus.
