Job summary

Super Radiator Coils on second shift (Mon-Thu, 2:30 pm-1:00 am) offers an opportunity to craft precision components for coils and heat exchangers. You will translate blueprints into accurate assemblies and execute TIG welds on stainless and carbon steel, ensuring quality and safety in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Based in a family-owned facility, the role emphasizes adherence to drawings, proper PPE, and teamwork while contributing to worldwide applications with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Read and follow detailed instructions and engineering drawings.
• Operate production machinery and hand/power tools.
• Measure accurately with a tape measure.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Translate blueprints and work orders into accurate assemblies.
• Lay out weld locations and set up fixtures.
• Execute TIG welds on stainless and carbon steel 1/16" to 1/2" thick.
• Diagnose and rework welds not meeting criteria.
• Safely handle finished parts using proper tools.
• Prep materials by grinding, cutting, and drilling for fit-up.
