The ideal candidate will have an Associate of Applied Science in Welding Technology and at least 2 years of experience in TIG welding and training welders. This position emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement through advanced welding techniques.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or similar process related to TIG welding.
• Advanced TIG welding experience including the ability to train personnel.
• Good PC skills and ability to work in a team environment.
