Job summary

Lokar Inc. seeks a dedicated welding production associate to perform TIG welds and support daily manufacturing needs in our Knoxville facility.

You will work under the Production Manager, follow work orders and schedules, develop fixtures, and ensure accurate inventory documentation. This role emphasizes quality, safety, and efficient problem solving.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:30am–4pm, with full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
• 2+ years of TIG welding experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weld assemblies per specifications and fixtures.
• Assist in development of new fixtures.
• Complete work orders and production schedules.
• Report quality, process, equipment, and material issues.
• Complete inventory and production documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Stage welded products neatly.
• Cross-train with other tasks when required.
• Perform other duties as needed.
