A leading appliance manufacturer in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a skilled Welder / Finisher to support fabrication processes. You will be responsible for TIG welding and finishing stainless steel, operating machining equipment, and ensuring quality standards. Candidates must be able to lift 40lbs and demonstrate attention to detail and teamwork. This role offers a $3,500 sign-on bonus and requires adherence to attendance standards. Pre-employment drug testing and background checks are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding and finishing of materials.
• Operate and set up grinding and polishing machines.
• Visually inspect and measure parts for accuracy.
