A leading appliance manufacturer in Wisconsin is seeking a Welder / Finisher for the second shift. The role involves TIG welding, operating grinding machines, and ensuring the quality of stainless steel parts. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and proven welding experience. This position includes a $3,500 sign-on bonus and requires a pre-employment drug test. Strong candidates will demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adhere to strict attendance standards.

Formación

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Strong numerical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform TIG welding and finishing of stainless steel parts.
• Operate Kuhlmeyer grinding and polishing machines.
• Visually inspect parts for accuracy and defects.

Conocimientos

TIG Welding experience

Attention to detail

Good computer skills

Familiarity with small tools
