SON Metal Fab is seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our production team in Ashland, VA. The ideal candidate has strong TIG welding experience with stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum, and can read blueprints to produce high‑quality welds from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on TIG welding experience (light to heavy gauge material).
• Ability to produce quality welds independently from day one (no trainees).
• Experience welding aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
• Strong blueprint and schematic reading skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable team player.
