Builds welding programs (Orbital & Manual) with minimal engineering oversight, reviews drawings, and plans welding operations. Assembles and installs parts according to instructions, ensuring proper handling and safety measures. Records traceability information during work activities. Creates templates and work aids for assembly. Determines appropriate welding methods based on materials and specifications. Inspects components to ensure conformance to standards. Understands how material preparation affects welding inputs. Performs troubleshooting and maintains certified welding procedures. Assembles medium complexity components and adheres to safety and quality standards. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and an associate degree in welding or equivalent.
