Job summary

Argus Manufacturing Services is seeking an experienced TIG Welder for a full-time, first-shift role in Wisconsin. The position requires TIG welding on aluminum, stainless, and galvanized steel, plus forming and fabricating sheet metal parts.

Responsibilities include reading fabrication drawings, setting up welding equipment, and maintaining quality across a range of products. A welding certificate or 1+ year experience, plus pre-employment tests, are required.

Qualifications

• Welding certificate or at least one year of welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and fabrication drawings.
• Experience with TIG welding and general sheet metal fabrication preferred.
• Self-motivated, focused, and dependable.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment welding test, basic math test, lift test, drug screening, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and galvanized steel.
• Form and fabricate sheet metal products.
• Set up and adjust TIG welding equipment for different metals and applications.
• Read and interpret project plans and fabrication drawings.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Operate a forklift as needed.
• Weld a variety of products while maintaining quality and accuracy.
