Job summary

STORM SEARCH LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a TIG Welder for 1st shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. You will perform TIG repair welding on cast components, set up equipment, and inspect welds to meet quality standards.

Required: strong TIG experience with aluminum and titanium, 1+ year in manufacturing/foundry, repair welding skills, and a high school diploma; AWS/NADCAP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• TIG welding experience required.
• Experience welding aluminum and titanium alloys.
• Minimum 1 year welding experience in manufacturing/foundry/fabrication.
• Ability to perform detailed repair welding.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Aerospace or medical manufacturing experience preferred.
• AWS certification or technical school certification preferred.
• NADCAP welding experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG repair welding on cast components.
• Repair cosmetic defects and rebuild damaged sections.
• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Inspect finished welds for quality compliance.
• Follow safety and production standards.
• Complete required production documentation.
