Qualifications

• 1+ year MIG/TIG welding experience preferred.
• Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Welding certificate or technical college training is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team-oriented with good communication and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine weld specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Produce high-quality fabricated metal parts that meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools and drawings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
