Responsibilities include layout, assembly, installation, and repair of piping systems, ensuring compliance with trade and building codes, and participation in ASME IX qualification processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with TIG welding and stainless steel.
  • Ability to handle sheet metal and socket welding.
  • Familiarity with ASME Section IX standards for welding and qualification procedures.
  • Experience setting up and operating a the person 280 machine.
  • TIG Welder certification or qualification.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
