Job summary

Enjet Aero is seeking a TIG Welder in Huber Heights, OH for a full-time first shift (Mon–Thu, 5:30 am–4:00 pm). The role requires at least 5 years of aerospace welding experience, including welding Inconel, stainless steel, and titanium.

Responsibilities

• Weld aerospace parts using TIG equipment.
• Deburr parts with handheld tools.
• Clean and wash parts to remove oils and debris.
• Maintain continuous production meeting customer expectations.
• Inspect finished parts with micrometers, indicators, calipers, and comparators.
• Maintain quality standards per the Quality Management System.
• Monitor and report operational and performance issues to supervisor.
• Foster effective working relationships with peers and staff.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

Position Description:

The TIG welder is responsible for producing aerospace parts via TIG welding processes. This position requires a minimum of 5 years aerospace welding experience, and you must demonstrate your ability to weld during the interview process. This is a 1 st shift position, Monday – Thursday 5:30 am – 4:00 pm.

• Weld using TIG equipment


• Deburr parts using handheld tools


• Cleaning and washing parts to remove manufacturing oils, dirt and debris


• Ensure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectations


• Inspect completed parts using micrometers, indicators, calipers, comparators, etc.


• Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System


• Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisor


• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisors and other staff


• Other duties as directed by supervisor

Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience aerospace welding metals including Inconel, Stainless Steel and Titanium
