Job summary

WorkSmart Staffing seeks a skilled TIG Welder for our Simpsonville, SC facility. You will weld aluminum and carbon steel, interpret drawings, and maintain quality while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

The role requires prior TIG welding experience, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Competitive hourly pay is offered with benefits.

Location: Simpsonville, South Carolina 29681

Hourly Rate: $20 (could be more with solid experience and successful weld test)

Schedule: 5:30am – 4:00pm Mon-Fri & 5:30am – 1:30pm Saturday
