Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is hiring a full-time Shop Welder - Pipe / TIG Welding a Plus! in Braddock, PA. You will read blueprints, select welding methods, and assemble components per specifications, while maintaining quality and safety on a busy shop floor.

Responsibilities include performing welds, inspecting joints, and supporting maintenance of tools and equipment. A high school diploma and ability to lift 50 lbs are required; background checks and drug testing may be performed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to pass background checks and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and drawings to plan layout.
• Set up components for welding per specs.
• Weld components using stick, MIG, or TIG as required.
• Inspect welds and maintain equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
