Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to undergo background check.
• No disqualifying criminal convictions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to submit to drug and alcohol testing.
• Strong communication and attendance.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Willing to pass welding tests (stick and flux core).
• Eye for quality and detail.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and measurements to plan welding layout.
• Determine welding equipment and methods per requirements.
• Set up components for welding per specs and drawings.
• Operate welding tools to join parts in various positions.
• Align components using clamps, jigs, and measuring tools.
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic processes.
• Assist with machinery repairs by welding components.
• Perform non-destructive visual checks and tests.
• Use a range of power, pneumatic, and hand tools safely.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Rig, erect, and dismantle temporary scaffolding when needed.
