Job summary

Church Metal Spinning Company is seeking an experienced TIG/MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our Milwaukee manufacturing team. You will fabricate and weld high-quality metal components, focusing on TIG welding stainless steel parts, preserving precision and quality workmanship.

The role offers professional development with company-supported advanced welding certifications and a clear path toward Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification, aligning with our commitment to growth and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Ability to successfully complete and pass AWS certification testing administered by Church Metal.
• Strong TIG and MIG welding skills.
• Ability to commute to Milwaukee, WI 53225.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding to quality standards.
• Primarily perform TIG welding on stainless steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to produce parts accurately.
• Operate shop equipment (rolling machines, automated seam welders, planishers, hydraulic presses).
• Inspect finished work for quality and production standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
