Industrial Equipment Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Springdale, AR. You will operate welding equipment, measure parts, and assemble components, with emphasis on stainless steel TIG welding. Weekend availability is required to meet production needs.

The role requires three years of TIG stainless welding and fabrication experience, ability to read drawings and tapes, and a commitment to safety on job sites and in shop.

Qualifications

• Three years TIG stainless steel welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret design drawing prints.
• Pre-employment drug screen and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding equipment and fabricate components.
• Measure dimensions and assemble workpieces to ensure proper fit.
• Analyze diagrams and cut metal accordingly.
• Maintain safety on job site and in shop environment.
