Responsibilities

• TIG Welding of stainless steel
• Deburring welds and metal finishing as necessary
• Read blueprints and assemble the weldments
• Safely perform all duties while maintaining quality and efficiency standards

Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Proficiency in TIG welding on stainless
• Work with management to ensure any problems encountered are identified and corrected
• Attain and maintain acceptable individual levels of attendance, safety, productivity, process improvement, and housekeeping
• Operate in a team environment to achieve company goals
• Able to lift up to 75lbs
• Must wear safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, and other PPE as required
• Have at least 1 year of TIG Welding and Fabrication
• Basic Computer Skills
• Basic Machine Shop mathematics
