AT&T has an opening for a Tier 3 Network Engineer to support the 24x7 Network Operations Center in providing Tier 3 network service and superior troubleshooting expertise.
Provide Tier 3 support to the Network Operations Center (NOC). Supports an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), customer networks, Intranet and Internet and other data communications systems or a segment of a network system. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. Maintain network hardware and software. Proactively identify risks in the network and develop a plan to mitigate them. Supports numerous business requirements for telecommunications (e.g., LAN, MAN, WAN, Voice and Video).
Required Clearance: TSSCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)
Our Tier 3 Network Engineer - Expert's earn between $89,200 - $198,358. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
