Job summary

A&T Systems, Inc. is seeking a Jr Network Administrator to support operation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Installation Campus Area Network (ICAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) in a DoD setting.

You will assist senior staff with configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and performance analysis for enterprise network infrastructure. The role emphasizes hands-on support for ICAN and LAN devices, IOS updates, STIG compliance, and touch labor for network systems.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be able to obtain DoD security clearance (Secret).
• Security+ CE certification required or in progress.
• CCNA or CCNP certification preferred.
• Ability to explain complex networking concepts to technical and non‑technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ICAN and LAN network infrastructure equipment.
• Perform IOS updates and STIG checklists as required.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, harden, repair, and support enterprise Layer 2/3 devices (switches, routers, wireless APs).
• Provide hands-on support for LAN/ICAN systems including device repair and troubleshooting.
