Job summary

Amatriot Group, LLC seeks a Network/System Administrator II to organize, install, and support government computer systems, including LAN/WAN, intranets, and data networks. You will assist in designing network models and upgrade infrastructure while delivering day-to-day user support. Required: TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Poly.

3–5 years’ related experience and SAP support experience. Strong Windows/Linux, Hyper‑V/VMware, SIEM, and security tooling skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, associate’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of total relevant experience in lieu of a degree. [Required]
• 3–5 years of related experience. [Required]
• SAP experience. [Required]
• Experience with Windows Server family, Linux servers, and enterprise networking.

Responsibilities

• Organize, install, and support a government organization’s computer systems, including LANs, WANs, and data communication systems.
• Assist in architecting, designing, and analyzing network models and participate in hardware and software purchasing decisions to upgrade infrastructure.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to computer users as needed.
• Support SAPs for DoD agencies including HQ Air Force and OSD.
• Provide day-to-day support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.
• Perform day-to-day management and operations of systems and networks under supervision.
• Manage COTS and GOTS products to collect, display, and remediate automated system security and operations/performance functions and metrics.
• Follow O&M checklists to maintain services.
• Develop TTPs and SOPs for service checklists.
• Operate monitoring tools within SIEM systems and tailor complex event alarms and reports.
• Assist in analyzing technical risks with cybersecurity tools and processes.
• Participate in a security incident response team as needed.
