Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• Active Secret clearance with/without TS/SCI eligibility or TS with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IT.
• Current 8570/8140 IAT Level II Certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Cisco-based network infrastructure across domestic and international environments.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and security.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement new network solutions and technologies.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and standards.
• Provide guidance to junior network administrators and assist in training and development.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and support services.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and report on network performance and incidents.
