Job summary

Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking a Tier II ERP Support Analyst based in Columbus, OH with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote). The role focuses on supporting ERP systems, diagnosing issues, and optimizing SQL queries to drive data integrity and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in application and ERP support, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of application support experience
• 5+ years of ERP support experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
• 5+ years of hands‑on SQL experience
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with non‑technical users
• Experience in hybrid or fast‑paced support environments

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II support for ERP systems, resolving escalated issues from Tier I support teams
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues promptly
• Write and optimize SQL queries to investigate data issues and generate reports
• Collaborate with end users to understand issues and gather requirements
• Document tickets, resolutions, and recurring issues to build knowledge base
• Partner with IT and business teams to test fixes, patches, and upgrades
• Monitor system performance and identify issues before impact
• Assist with ERP configuration changes and enhancements
• Support integration points between ERP and other applications
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical escalation
• Provide training to end users and junior staff

This is a great opportunity for an experienced application support professional to play a key role in maintaining and optimizing critical ERP systems, with a hybrid schedule based in Columbus, OH (3 days onsite per week).

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II support for ERP systems, resolving escalated issues from Tier I support teams
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues in a timely manner
• Write and optimize SQL queries to investigate data issues, generate reports, and support troubleshooting efforts
• Collaborate with end users to understand issues, gather requirements, and provide effective solutions
• Document support tickets, resolutions, and recurring issues to build a knowledge base for future reference
• Partner with IT and business teams to test and implement system fixes, patches, and upgrades
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations
• Assist with ERP configuration changes and enhancements as needed
• Support integration points between ERP and other business-critical applications
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical issue escalation as needed
• Provide training and guidance to end users and junior support staff

• 5+ years of application support experience
• 5+ years of ERP support experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
• 5+ years of hands‑on SQL experience, including query writing and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users
• Experience working in a hybrid or fast‑paced support environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalations effectively
