Empower AI seeks an Application Support Analyst (Tier II) to modernize and operate a hybrid VPC and global network for the Department of State. You will manage and modernize over 200 legacy applications and related products.

Responsibilities include access management, deployment and troubleshooting of applications, and implementing DevOps practices to improve reliability and reduce downtime. Collaboration with Tier III teams ensures readiness for Authority to Operate (ATO).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience.
• Bachelor's in IT or related field.
• Secret Security Clearance.
• Preferred: CompTIA Sec+, ITIL4 Foundation certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee modernization of 200 legacy applications and deploy new ones.
• Manage user access and apply changes with DevOps practices.
• Monitor performance and reliability to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Tier III teams for Authority to Operate readiness.
