Job summary

DDSB Incumbents Please Apply <> Enterprise Management (EM) Development and Testing Administrator in San Antonio, TX seeks an expert for EM tools development, testing, and integration across DoD RMF-compliant environments.

You will design test plans for MECM/SCCM, Intune, and policy configurations, develop automation scripts, and collaborate with EM admins to ensure seamless deployment and validated changes across enterprise endpoints.

Qualifications

EM tool development and endpoint management.
Experience with enterprise-level testing, system integration, and validation.
Knowledge of Windows OS internals, baselines, and patch management.
Experience developing test scripts, tracking defects, and QA/test outcomes.
Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity compliance (STIGs, RMF, IAVAs).

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and enhance EM solutions and endpoint management tools.
Design and execute test plans for OS deployments and policy configurations.
Conduct impact analysis for new releases, patches, and EM tool updates.
Support automation scripts for configuration, patching, and compliance enforcement.
Collaborate with EM Admin, Packaging, and Reporting teams for seamless deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3-level issues identified during development/testing.
Document test procedures, results, and lessons learned for change control.
