Job summary

VetRamp is seeking an Enterprise Management (EM) Packaging Admin to lead packaging and deployment for the DHA enterprise environment. The role focuses on consistent, secure software installations and enforcing policy-compliant configurations.

Responsibilities include building and deploying COTS/GOTS packages with MECM, maintaining packaging standards, and resolving packaging issues with cross-functional teams. DoD 8140 transition awareness is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging Windows applications and using deployment tools.
• Must understand packaging standards and DoD/Stig compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, test, and deploy COTS and GOTS software packages using MECM or related deployment tools.
• Ensure applications are compatible with standardized endpoint configurations.
• Document and maintain application packaging standards and procedures.
• Resolve escalated issues related to packaging and deployment.

Responsibilities

The EM Packaging Admin leads application packaging and deployment support for DHA’s enterprise environment, ensuring consistent, secure, and policy-compliant software installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer, test, and deploy COTS and GOTS software packages using MECM or related deployment tools.
• Ensure applications are compatible with standardized endpoint configurations.
• Document and maintain application packaging standards and procedures.
• Resolve escalated issues related to packaging and deployment.

Key Qualifications

• Experience in application packaging (MSI, PowerShell, SCCM/MECM).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, registry, and deployment best practices.
• Familiarity with DoD STIG compliance and patch management.
