Qualifications

• Experience with MECM/SCCM, Group Policy, Intune, and cloud hybrid infra.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity or related field; DoD 8140 path preferred.
• Azure AD and Microsoft enterprise platforms familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain EM tools such as MECM, Intune, Azure AD and related Microsoft platforms.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure and endpoint issues.
• Perform configuration management and security compliance using automation.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, service desk, and engineering teams on enterprise-wide strategies.
• Monitor system performance and support after-hours operations when needed.

Summary
