Job summary

The EM Reporting Admin role in San Antonio, TX is a specialized position focused on expert-level reporting and analytics to monitor and improve the performance of enterprise systems.

You will design dashboards using MECM, Power BI, and SQL, deliver insights on patch compliance, endpoint health, software deployment, and asset tracking, and support audit readiness while coordinating with EM teams to meet reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT reporting, analytics, or enterprise management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, SSRS, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and security compliance reporting.
