Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling Tier 3 technical support in high growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and resolve production issues across backend services and data workflows.
• Support bug fixes and investigations via scripting, queries, and backend data analysis.
• Troubleshoot application logs (AWS/Kibana) to identify root causes and resolutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot JSON/YAML files to support updates and resolution.
