Job summary

Magna5 is seeking a Tier 2 Systems Engineer to handle escalated technical issues, perform advanced troubleshooting, and provide day-to-day support for managed services customers in our Bristol, PA office.

You will collaborate with Tier 1 and 3 teams, manage incidents end-to-end, and contribute to SOPs, documentation, and knowledge sharing while maintaining strong customer relationships and professional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical support, systems admin, or MSP/help desk role (Tier 2 equivalent).
• Experience with Windows Server OS, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support via phone, ticketing system, email and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot escalated incidents on workstations, servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Own tickets through resolution with timely communication and documentation.
• Collaborate with Tier 1/3 to resolve complex issues and improve knowledge transfer.
