Job summary

The role requires TS/SCI with poly, hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, patching, and security controls, and offers exposure to a mission-critical IT environment supporting national security objectives.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Maintenance
• Monitor, manage, and maintain servers, operating systems, and key applications.
• Apply patches, updates, and configuration changes to systems in accordance with change management procedures.
• Perform routine system health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues from help desk/Tier 1 teams.
• Diagnose and resolve system, application, and network-related problems.
• Assist with user account management, permissions, and access controls.
