Job summary

MB2 Dental is seeking a Service Desk Analyst II to enhance end-user IT support across in-office and remote partner offices. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, install and maintain practice management systems, and collaborate with vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT end-user support and service desk experience
• Experience operating at Tier 2 or higher in a service desk
• Experience with CRM and task management software
• macOS experience or certs highly preferred
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Comfort working in office and clinical environments

Responsibilities

• Resolve end-user IT issues for remote partner offices and onsite users
• Prioritize and escalate IT concerns to stakeholders
• Perform system installations, updates and maintenance for practice management systems
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues at remote offices
• Document processes and maintain service desk records
• Participate in staff meetings to optimize IT performance and prevent problems
• Support evolving business IT needs across departments
• Assist with equipment deployments and workstation setups
