In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the productivity of CoStar Group employees by serving as the primary point of contact for IT support and issue resolution. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, proprietary and third-party software, LANs, and VDI’s. Support will be provided through multiple channels including phone, email, remote access tools, and in-person assistance. We’re looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, takes initiative, solves problems efficiently, and communicates effectively. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and professional support at all times. This position is located in Arlington, VA and offers a schedule of 4 days on-site and 1 day remote.
