Job summary

The Alaska Department of Law, Division of Administrative Services, is seeking an IT Client Support Specialist 1/2 in Juneau to provide Tier 2 help desk support, diagnose issues with computers, software, printers, and network connectivity, and ensure security standards are met.

You will document requests in the ticketing system, assist with deployments, and collaborate with senior staff to resolve complex problems while delivering friendly, professional service to staff.
