Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Tier 2 SME to provide advanced sustainment and lifecycle support for JOMIS HCD mobile and web apps. You will troubleshoot, support deployments, and collaborate across engineering, cybersecurity, and hosting teams to ensure secure, reliable operation in diverse environments.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, documentation, and guiding end users on HCD workflows. Remote work may be approved; primary sites are San Antonio, TX and Falls Church, VA.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD health IT systems in a Tier 2 or SME role.
• Strong knowledge of JOMIS/HCD or equivalent medical IT systems.
• Proficiency with iOS/Android, MDM/MAM, and secure deployment methods.
• Experience with sustainment workflows, incident response, and field environments.
• Familiarity with RMF, STIGs, PKI, and mobile security.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for Tier 2 incidents.
• Sustain and operate HCD components across enterprise and field settings.
• Support deployments, upgrades, and post-deployment verification.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and hosting teams for stability.
• Monitor health, logs, and performance; suggest reliability improvements.
• Guide end users and support teams on HCD workflows and usage.
• Support change management, release readiness, and communications.
• Participate in working groups and readiness reviews as SME.
