Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Customer Technical Support Representative 6 (SCA) to provide Tier 2 SME support for JOMIS/HCD health IT applications across deployed and enterprise environments. You will troubleshoot, deploy, and sustain complex systems, collaborating with engineering, cybersecurity, and hosting teams to ensure secure, reliable performance.

Role requires DoD health IT experience, mobile device management, and RMF/STIGs knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD health IT systems, or similar enterprise mobile/web apps.
• Strong understanding of JOMIS, HCD capabilities, or equivalent operational medical information systems.
• Proficiency with iOS/Android, MDM/MAM, secure deployment, and hosting environments.
• Experience with sustainment workflows, incident response, and troubleshooting in enterprise/field settings.
• Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity requirements (RMF, STIGs, PKI, mobile security).
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Prior experience in deployed, disconnected, or tactical military environments.
• Knowledge of medical workflows or operational clinical support systems.
• Experience working with product owners, developers, and integrations in Agile/DevSecOps.
• Strong documentation, communication, and customer support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 SME support for JOMIS HCD mobile and web apps across environments.
• Sustainment and operational support for all HCD components, hosting, devices, and data workflows.
• Assist in deployments: environment prep, validation, upgrades, testing, verification.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and hosting teams for stable performance.
• Monitor health, logs, and performance; propose reliability improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of MDM platforms and secure distribution methods.
• Assist in creating SOPs, guides, and deployment checklists.
• Support change management: releases, updates, communications.
• Provide end-user guidance on HCD workflows and system use cases.
• Participate in working groups and readiness reviews as SME for HCD.
• Ensure DoD cybersecurity compliance across mobile and hosting platforms.
