Job summary

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) is seeking a Systems Integrator to support the C2MS rapid engineering section at Hurlburt Field, FL. The role includes operating, maintaining, and installing software to provide situational awareness, datalink, operator interface, and radio controller capabilities.

On-site, full-time position with a strong benefits package and collaborative culture. The ideal candidate will have DoD IT service experience, DoD testing SOPs, and DoD IA Security+ certification;

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent technical qualification in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five years of operational IT services experience in support of DoD.
• Familiarity with DoD testing standards; experience writing SOPs, TTPs.
• Excellent communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Minimum of five years’ experience using Microsoft Windows OS (XP, 10, 11).
• Ability to analyze/troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions; perform file downloads, installations, and secure data handling.
• Knowledge of computer security policy, procedures, and protective measures.
• Knowledge of Command & Control systems, RF and datalink communications is highly desired.
• AFTRS-R, SADL, Link-16, Harris radios, and radio/crypto configuration/loading knowledge.
• Development, testing, and documentation procedures for aircraft in-flight systems.
• DoD IA Level-II CompTIA Security+ certification (time waiver possible).
• Lift over 35 lbs; work environment includes office, lab, and flight line operations.
• Secret clearance to begin work; ability to obtain Top Secret-SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains installed aircraft systems with current configuration and upgrades.
• Imaging media with required software and maintaining component software loads.
• Maintains NGA map data and DTED on computers.
• Provides user training and documentation for delivered capabilities.
• Manages DT/OT&E delivered capabilities prior to release.
• Implements software applications (e.g., SAMS-ESA, IMOM, DisCorT, TRAX, TRS Dashboard).
• Performs system and network admin duties on aircraft systems.
