Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 issues in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues to higher tiers with proper documentation.
• Follow SOPs and stay updated with technical support guidelines.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks and assist with documentation.
• Log customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
